With global credentials and a commanding calm under pressure, Trista Simpson brings elegance, precision, and strategy to every room she enters. As the founder of Gilt-Edged Lifestyle Consultants®, she has advised governments, guided global reform, and stood at the intersection of crisis and culture for over two decades.

Her international career spans six continents — from leading education reform across the Middle East as a Director of Education in Dubai to designing trauma-informed de-escalation training programs delivered across the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Central America. Trista holds a Master’s in Education with a specialized concentration in DEI, and her work has earned her formal recognition from state and national leadership, including a gubernatorial proclamation from now-U.S. Senator John Hickenlooper.

A fluent Spanish speaker and former resident of Spain, Trista has delivered crisis and compliance training in both English and Spanish to healthcare providers, government officials, and frontline workers in some of the most complex environments on earth — from indigenous Arctic communities to international medical institutions.

Her consulting is not theoretical — it’s lived, tested, and deeply human. Every keynote, training, and engagement she delivers reflects her guiding principle:

Trista is also a proud mother of two academically distinguished children, both of whom are members of the National Honor Society. Her daughter has received the NJHS Outstanding Achievement Award — an honor granted to only 500 students, annually nationwide.
